
Poster Submission
The OSDPA is pleased to offer members and students the opportunity to share case studies, literature reviews, and the like at the Nov 7th Day in Derm Conference this year.
Poster Guidelines
The deadline for submitting a poster is October 1st, 2026. A PDF of the poster must be uploaded via the poster Submissions page ( tap Below). We suggest poster are oriented in a landscape layout. You will receive an email back if your poster is accepted for display. Please print your poster for display. OSDPA does not offer the opportunity for oral presentations. There is no limit to the number of authors on either poster or abstract. The authors do not need to be present at the meeting for the poster to be displayed.
Avoidance of Commercialism
Any poster, of which the cost is underwritten to any extent by a pharmaceutical company or other commercial enterprise, must avoid commercialism. Trade names must not be used for drugs, devices and/or instrumentation including lasers. In addition, such an exhibit should include a clear but inconspicuous acknowledgment stating that a portion of its cost was underwritten and identify the particular commercial company involved. No advertising matter of any kind may be distributed nor will any material display which, in any way, directly promotes the commercial interest of any particular company, enterprise, or the exhibitor be permitted. Any medications or other substances, devices or equipment referred to in exhibit materials must be identified by their scientific names.
Note: Sponsorship or funding by a commercial enterprise must be noted in the lower right-hand corner of the poster. Failure to do so will result in the poster being taken down.
AI Use Disclosure
Authors are permitted to use generative AI tools (e.g., for writing assistance, data visualization, or editing) in the preparation of posters. If AI was used in any part of the submission, please include a brief disclosure describing the tool(s) used and the nature of their contribution. Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the content.
